We’ll reserve a mutually convenient time to meet. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another a little better and by the end of our free practice session I’ll have a good idea of your current situation and you’ll be able to decide if we are a good fit.
Process: We’ll agree to a convenient place and time for the sessions, each session lasts approximately 50 minutes to 90 minutes (depending on the particular issues or areas you want to focus on) by the end of our session we’ll have agreed to a series of planning and action steps for you to take before our next session. I’ll ask you to complete a planning form before each session.

The Planning form acts as a record of your goals, achievements, and highlight any blind spots. This step is important; you need to know you’re making progress and if you’re not it helps me identify why and how I can help you remove or limit roadblocks. I will walk alongside you, guide, support, and encourage you, as well as equip you and be committed to you and your success.
